Welcome Stacy, Thank you for your kind words. I looked at your blog and I plan to go back and read it later today. How did you find me? Are you “cajun”? I have a connection to the Louisiana by choice and my daughter’s name was inspired by a nurse who lived there. My dad made many pilgrimages to find his loved bayou shrimp. Shrimp in the bayou? Anyway, that’s how he told it.
